Manage End to End production operations delivery KPI’s & Customer expectations.
Act as primary POC for all business escalations.
Manage and govern end user testing for Production defect fixes pre-release
Manage HLP, incidents, problems, events, release management and environment stability of Production systems
Manage, plan, schedule team capacity needs for Production Operations
Manage Ops processes, procedures and industry best practices as applicable
Govern the defect resolution, review, testing , deployment process for Production defects. Drive timely and effective communications.
Maintain adherence to published release and maintenance schedules.
Maintain environment uptime, and business continuation at all times; adhering the process.
Ensure team adheres to monitoring, maintaining and responding to alerts that might indicate potential environment problems
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of tickets Tier3 & Tier4.
Examine pattern analysis for production incidents and evaluate recommendations for strategic permanent resolution
Elevate long standing or complex production issues to LSAs for awareness and resolution
Adhere to defect closure processes for all valid and invalid Production defects
Manage sanctity of near-Prod environments for pre-release validation and release content evaluation
Understand challenges and facilitate a path for resolution.
Govern the defect resolution, review, testing and deployment process for Production defects
