We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to lead large-scale cloud transformation and migration initiatives. The role will focus on program governance, PMO hygiene, stakeholder management, and multi-cloud migrations (GCP & AWS) while driving delivery excellence across cross-functional global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end program delivery for cloud transformation and migration initiatives
Manage multiple concurrent projects across GCP and AWS environments
Define and govern program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
PMO Governance & Hygiene
Establish and enforce PMO standards, governance frameworks, and reporting cadence
Drive status reporting, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
Ensure financial tracking, budget governance, and forecasting
Maintain strong documentation and compliance hygiene (audit-ready)
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary interface between business, engineering, and external partners
Manage executive-level stakeholders and customer communication
Drive alignment across distributed/global teams
Handle escalations, risk mitigation, and decision-making forums
Cloud Migration & Technical Coordination
Oversee cloud migration programs (on-prem to GCP/AWS or multi-cloud transformation)
Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and SRE teams
Track migration waves, cutover plans, and post-migration stabilization
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance requirements
