Job– SQL Server DBA
Location: Columbus, OH | Dallas, TX | Phoenix, AZ -Onsite work

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced SQL Server Database Administrator with a minimum of 15 years of expertise in managing enterprise SQL Server environments. The DBA will ensure database availability, performance, security, and reliability across mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server instances.
Monitor and optimize database performance.
Manage backups, restores, and disaster recovery solutions.
Ensure database security, compliance, and user access controls.
Troubleshoot issues and provide 24/7 support for production systems.
Collaborate with developers on query optimization and schema design.
Qualifications:
15+ years of SQL Server DBA experience (2016/2019/2022).
Expertise in performance tuning, high availability (Always On, clustering), and replication.
Strong T-SQL scripting and automation skills.
Knowledge of cloud database services (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
